[CAI] Clan Code of Conduct

All members and potential members must agree to the following COC law's that bind this clan before becoming accepted. We try to play to have fun and try to make it fun for everyone around us. This Clan is friendly towards all ages and genders. We have activities for all members.

1. Absolutely no cheats are allowed in any of the games we participate in. Members caught cheating in a game will be terminated immediately, no questions asked.

2. The misuse of any [CAI] secret password WILL NOT be tolerated. This includes giving a password to an unauthorized individual and/or using a secret password without authorization to do so. If you do the leadership WILL detect it and your privilege or possibly membership will be terminated no questions asked.

3. The usage of vulgar language will not be tolerated on the message board, nor will it be when in a game room with other members who do not appreciate it.

4. Members will at all times treat other members of this clan or anyone else with respect. This includes message boards. It also includes NO flooding of a chat or other area, and especially not using a flooder program.

5. Any materials, i.e. message posts, strategies or information regarding another member on our web site are under no uncertain terms to be shared with any individual outside of this clan.

6. Ally clan members and guests who participate in the [CAI] Clan forums or functions are bound by the same rules as [CAI] members

7. For people that apply as [CAI] clan members: At the time a member is accepted into the clan, the initials [CAI] will precede your name, modifications to the [CAI] tag are not acceptable. Modification to your name is as long as it’s readable. Your Clan name preceded by the [CAI] tag is the name you will be expected to display while in the forums and in the [CAI] servers. If at any time you are terminated or leave the clan, you WILL relinquish your [CAI] tag.

8. If a member goes 30 days without logging onto the web site, they will be put on the Casual member list. If a member goes 90 days without logging in they will be considered an inactive member. As long as you are registered, wear the [CAI] tag and are in good standing you will always be considered a member. It is our wish that you stay active.

9. If, at any time you feel that another member is infringing upon your rights, it is in your best interest to contact an Administrator. You can do this by sending a personal Instant message through the forum IM system. DO NOT hash it out on the message board. Leadership WILL NOT acknowledge public disputes. The forum and message boards IS NOT the place for public accusations and is forbiddin. Misuse or breaking forum rules may cause you to be subject to banning and /or your post to removed. Matters of this nature will be handled discretely and expediently.

Failure to comply with this code of conduct is grounds for dismissal.
