I need help with modding. Evry time I try to load my modded map it always says: "Gathering Exception Data" so I can't load the modded blood gulch. I really want to try It because I made it really wierd.

I'll try that. I just didn't think it would be for that. This 'll take awhile.

Didn't work. I'm giving up on this. I've tried stuff similar to this and I never have had luck. I'll just get someone to make a mod for me. I might not be able to play Halo ever again. It's completely screwed my copy of Halo.

lol you do realize you need to backup all of your maps or at least the one you are modding before you start. So you can just simply replace the modded map with a non modded one. All you have to do is go into the maps folder of halo pc copy the map you're modding before it's modded and paste it anywhere else. Then mod the one that's in there. Then if you screw up or you get done just replace it with the copied one and it's as good as new. And if you want to keep the modded one just do the same thing with the original. And if you forget to backup either beg someone to send you the file through xfire or something or just reinstall..

You should get better at modding and learn some newer stuff from all the tutorials that I wasted time posting links to and making up in the stickies. Really basic mods that anyone can make arn't excepted into the modding community with kind receptions. (No offense)

I've used them. I just can't use Spark Edit. Last time I did and started up Halo, it gave me this really wierd Screen.
