Server RCON Rules!!!!

The rcon to [CAI] wootville and Sniperville is "____". Please make sure you know how to use rcon before using it on [CAI]Clan servers. These servers are not to be practiced on for learning rcon.

The rules are.
1. No changing mapcycles, maxplayers, rcon password or servername

2. No banning except in the most extreme cases. (usually when someone keeps returning after they have been kicked.) You cannot ban someone suspected of botting because you cannot prove it conclusively.

3. Only kick A holes, repetetive cussers, intentional TKrs or lengthly AFKers. Never kick your clan mates. Always give 2 warnings first!!! You cannot kick someone suspected of botting because you cannot prove it conclusively.

4. Remove passwords that you may have put on for KWs.

5. Return the server to the same state as when you found it.

6. Dont power trip because you have rcon, it is a privilege.

7. Never give rcon PW to anybody else, ever!!!! Not even someone who says they have rcon privilege.

8. There are only a handful of rcon commands you need to do a KW. These are the ones you need!!!

1. sv_password "type pw here" (this command sets password)
2. sv_map mapname "gametype" (this command sets map and gametype)
3. sv_map_reset (this command resets the game when doing lo3)
4. sv_mapcycle_begin (after your done with KW this command restarts the mapcycle)
5. sv_password "" (This command removes the password)

Remember that a paid server takes more time to repair when it goes down so the less changes you make and the better educated with rcon that you are means less maintainence on my behalf and more gametime for myself and the rest of the Clan. Please PM me and let me know that you have read and understand the rules and I will fill in the rcon blank above. If you dont handle these responsibilities rcon will be changed and your priviledge revoked.
